The notes for using forming fabric.

1.Before installing forming fabric,it is necessary to correct the paper machine ,guarantee rollers rotate flexibly.Keep the forming fabric into workshop before one week to adapt itself to change of temperature.

2.Keep away from sharp corners,and firework is strictly prohibited.

3.The temperature is below 150 ℃ during operating.The tension should control between 40N/CM-50 N/CM for single layer ,60N/CM-70N/CM for multi-layer,15N/CM-25N/CM for dryer fabric.

4. Storage Condition:Room temperature is about 20 ℃,relative humidity is about 50%. Due to the different temperature, humidity and storage time of each region, the length of forming fabric will change, so try to use the forming fabric chronologically.The wire will have certain elongation during 1-2 days running,please pay attention to adjust tension of the wire at any time   to ensure reach the standard,keep the tension stable.After 3 days,the elongation would be stable.

Due to the specificity of the raw material, attention should be paid to the scientifically use of the cleaning agent when cleaning the wire. The chemical cleaning agent must be neutral or 5% cold lye with a soft brush to clean , then  flush with water immediately.
