What are the factors that affect the life time of polyester forming fabric?

There are many factors affect the life time of polyester forming fabric. It is not only influenced by paper machine forming ways (such as fourdrinier paper machine, twin-wire paper-machine ,multi-wire paper machine, etc.) and paper machine technical conditions (such as dewatering component material & shape ,pulp,pulp content,filler,vacuum degree,speed,fabric tension,fiber retention,etc).,but also related to the structure and type of the polyester forming fabric (such as Multi-wire fabric , single-wire fabric , single-layer , multi-layer and forming fabric thickness,etc) .Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors to prolong forming fabric life time when production. 

Generally speaking, the  main factors of  polyester forming fabric life   are  the power consumption,water permeability  and operation cost per ton paper. According to above three main factors to make accurate judgement for  forming fabric life is good for organizing production systematically during production.
