1. Select  Product Model
When applying,we could combine above index with paper machine speed, fiber types,  concentration, beating degree and up former amount and so on to slect forming fabric model . With the development of paper-making technology, dewatering index ,wear resistance index of forming fabric will also be very important parameters for selecting the model.
2. Size Select
Length measurement. During operation, the forming fabric length will have a certain stretch due to the "three-force" (paper machine tension,pulp & water mixture weight ,vacuum suction force)effect. Therefore, the forming fabric length should not be too long, 5-10 cm longer than the minimum length of running course on the forming table ( it could be longer 10-20 cm  if  the wire section with two or more tension rolls) or keep the minimum installation length. This avoid the situation that the wire could not be tensioned at production tail.
Width measurement. Width select not only  according to the factors of  paper machine type, paper type, wet paper shrinkage, wet trim and deckle edge, but also need to increase width base on paper machine type.
